We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods at checkout:

Free Standard Shipping (5–8 business days)
Available for all U.S. orders. This option is fully covered by us and offers a cost-effective delivery timeframe. -
UPS Ground Shipping (2–5 business days)
This expedited shipping method is available at the customer's expense and is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number provided by UPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor the delivery in real-time.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. Please note that once an order is in transit, delivery times are subject to UPS operations and are outside of our direct control.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
All shipping-related issues — including delays, lost packages, or delivery errors — are handled directly by UPS. If you experience any such issue, please contact UPS directly with your tracking number, or reach out to us for assistance facilitating the process.
